As a Site Services Engineer, you will be a key player in the operational team, ensuring optimum asset availability by developing and implementing action plans to address all failures' root cause. You will be required to work a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (6 am-6 pm)

Job Description:

  • Ensure that performance of the plant is maintained at agreed levels – the aim of 100%.
  • Plan and complete tasks for self from Pirana, PPM and Manufacturer's schedules.
  • Support production with ideas and initiative’s to optimise line efficiency.
  • Encourage an open communication culture between departments. (Engineering, Technical, Production, Planning, NPD, and  Hygiene.
  • To be a role model for the Operatives in assisting and driving the agreed standards with shift and site managers.
  • Planned maintenance tasks, including daily checks:
  • Checks include start-up, line set (safety, operations, technical and engineering), routine maintenance according to manufacturer’s schedules, and complete relevant documentation according to company policies and procedures.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Relevant Engineering qualifications (Electrical Mechanical Engineering, health & safety, etc.)
  • BOAS or equivalent Qualification or experience
  • Experience with steam supply pipework maintenance
  • Domestic & Industrial pipework and valve installation experience.

Salary: £34,500

Shifts: 4 on 4 off Days
